Q2 2026 · Capital Delivery Africa — Entity Launch
Capital Delivery Africa is operationalising as the continental platform entity. It will become the primary JV partner in CDA4N (Tanzania) and in all subsequent cornerstones across the continent, replacing Capital Delivery as the upstream partner. The current operational infrastructure and all institutional relationships remain intact through this transition.
Critical Minerals — Layer Expansion
Capital Delivery is extending the platform to include critical minerals as a named layer — cobalt, coltan, lithium, and manganese — through the existing DRC corridor infrastructure. The same gate system, compliance architecture, and sovereign settlement framework that governs gold governs all critical minerals layers. Clients with relevant supply or demand-side relationships are invited to discuss engagement.

Platform Layers
The Layer Architecture
Capital Delivery operates through a layered infrastructure stack. Gold is Layer 1 — the foundation everything else is built on. Each subsequent layer rides on the corridor infrastructure, compliance framework, government relationships, and sovereign settlement architecture that Layer 1 proved. The gate system — G01 to G06 — is the protocol. It is fixed, universal, and unchanged across every layer and every corridor. A kilogram of gold and a tonne of cobalt pass through the same six gates. The protocol is what makes the stack scalable, not just repeatable.
Layer 01 · Active · Foundation
Gold
The base of the stack. DRC → EAC corridor → Mwanza Refinery → Bank of Tanzania. Operational since 2022. Every layer above this one is built on what Layer 1 proved — the corridor, the relationships, the compliance framework, the settlement architecture.
Layer 03 · Pipeline
Agriculture
Rides on Layers 1 and 2. EAC smallholder producers — coffee, sesame, macadamia, cashew. Identical structural problem to minerals: absent institutional framework, no standardised export process. The corridor and government relationships already exist. 2027 target.
Layer 04 · Pipeline
Power
Cross-border energy trading. EAC Power Pool framework. Renewable generation in landlocked countries, transmission infrastructure, sale to grid operators. 2027–2028.
Layer 05 · Pipeline
Infrastructure
Corridor logistics and physical infrastructure as owned assets. Revenue: usage fees from platform operators. Long-term barrier-to-entry reinforcement.
Layer 06 · Pipeline
Carbon
EAC and SADC carbon sinks and biodiversity credits. Institutional-grade carbon market access through the same corridor infrastructure.

Gate System — G01 to G06
The Gate System — The Protocol
Every transactional event — across every layer and every corridor — passes through the same six-gate process. The gate system is the protocol that binds the layer stack together. It is fixed, non-negotiable, and applied uniformly regardless of commodity, corridor, or layer. No event settles without completing every prior gate. Every event carries a structured Event ID — format: CD-{CORNERSTONE}-{MATERIAL}-{YEAR}-{SEQ} — providing a permanent, linkable record across the full data architecture. DRC-based teams administer G01–G03 at origin. CDA4N administers G04–G06 at the Tanzania terminal.
