Q2 2026 · Capital Delivery Africa — Entity Launch
Capital Delivery Africa is operationalising as the continental platform entity and will assume the JV partner role in CDA4N, replacing Capital Delivery & Frameworks as the upstream partner for African operations. This transition is underway and will be formally communicated to all institutional clients and counterparties in advance of completion. Current transactional operations continue without interruption through this transition.
Q2–Q3 2026 · Phase 2 Expansion · Zambia, Uganda, Burundi, DRC JV
Capital Delivery Africa is executing Phase 2 of the continental expansion roadmap — adding cornerstones in Zambia, Uganda, and Burundi, and formalizing the DRC JV structure. The cornerstone model proven in Tanzania is the architecture being replicated. Each new cornerstone runs the same proven platform without reconstruction.
Multi-Directional Corridor Architecture · Canonical Update
Capital Delivery Africa's corridor infrastructure is multi-directional and multi-modal. Material, capital, compliance, and operational activity move in every direction the platform requires — not along a fixed path. All corridor descriptions, operational communications, and platform documentation now reflect this multi-directional architecture. The DRC ↔ Tanzania corridor is the live proof-of-concept for this dynamic model.
Critical Minerals Platform · Expansion
Capital Delivery Africa is extending operations to the Critical Minerals Platform — cobalt, coltan, lithium, and manganese — through the existing corridor infrastructure. The same compliance framework and settlement architecture that governs the Precious Metals Platform applies to all Critical Minerals Platform operations. Targeted Q4 2026.
Platform Identity
Identity
Infrastructure Builder and Operator
Not a trader. Capital Delivery Africa builds and operates sovereign corridor infrastructure. The infrastructure is the asset.
Foundation
Sovereign Institutional Core
Bank of Tanzania · STAMICO · MPMR. The sovereign buyer mandate anchors every settlement event.
Architecture
Replicable Cornerstone Model
Each jurisdiction is a cornerstone. CDA4N is the reference design. Every subsequent cornerstone runs the same proven architecture.
Platform Architecture

Six Layers.
Variable Configuration.

Capital Delivery operates as a six-layer configurable stack populated by assembled tables of mission-critical parties operating within defined platforms. Every transactional event traverses all six layers. Layers are fixed — configuration is variable.

L6
INTELLIGENCE
Signals · Diagnostics · Narrative Authority. Derived from L4 + L5. Not entered — aggregated from the transactional event and settlement records. Corridor performance scoring and counterparty intelligence.
L5
SETTLEMENT
Waterfall distribution per canonical sequence. Capital return · Self-capitalization loop. Six waterfall steps per event: Refinery fee → Supplier → Logistics → Investor principal → Investor carry → CD operational budget.
L4
TRANSACTIONAL EVENT
G01 → G06 Gate Protocol · Execution · Physical Movement. One transactional event traverses all six gates. The gate system is the protocol. Uniform sequence regardless of commodity class or jurisdiction.
L3
MATERIAL
Commodity · Benchmark · Quality Specification · Buyer Requirements. Defines the material profile for each platform — commodity type, grade, certification standards, refinery specifications.
L2
SECTOR ARCHITECTURE
Ministry interfaces · Compliance regimes · Active licenses · Sector teams. The regulatory and compliance layer — different per jurisdiction but protocol-consistent across all cornerstones.
L1
INFRASTRUCTURE
Cornerstones · Corridors · Relationships · Capital · Foundation. The foundational layer — legal entities, banking rails, physical presence, institutional relationships, and the capital base that activates the stack.
Active Platforms
Live · Precious Metals
Precious Metals Platform
Gold (AU) is the active L3 material. DRC ↔ Tanzania dynamic corridor. Sovereign settlement via Bank of Tanzania. Operational since 2022. The reference platform for all subsequent commodity domains.
Q4 2026
Critical Minerals Platform
Copper, cobalt, coltan, lithium, manganese. Same corridor infrastructure, same compliance framework, same settlement architecture as Precious Metals Platform.
Year 2
Agriculture Platform
East African agricultural corridor. High-value commodities via repurposed EAC corridor infrastructure. Coffee, sesame, and additional classes.
The Corridor

DRC ↔ Tanzania.
Dynamic. Multi-Directional.

Capital Delivery Africa operates multi-directional corridor infrastructure. All movement — material, capital, compliance, and operational activity — flows in every direction the platform requires. The corridor is not a pipeline. It is a dynamic, multi-modal network. Every subsequent corridor replicates this architecture.
